Surprise Tech Week event sees low prices on smartwatches, TVs and more

Earlier this week, Amazon launched a surprise Tech Week sale event - and it's actually pretty hidden on Amazon's homepage.

Prices have been slashed on a wide range of laptops, smart watches, gaming devices and other electricals.

There are a few standout deals that we've spotted already:

- The clear big offer is the Apple Watch Series 10 for £299 (was £399). Now at its lowest-ever price in the UK, it even beats last year's Black Friday deal by £80.

- With 24% off, this LG OLED 55-inch 4K UHD Smart TV is now available for £917. It's one of the most highly-rated TVs among tech buffs.

- The Asus Chromebook 14 is a bargain at £239.99, and perfect for school or college. It includes an Intel i3 processor, 8GB of RAM and a decent 128GB of storage.

- If kitchen tech is more your thing, the Tefal Easy Fry Air Fryer has one of the best budget deals at Amazon with a 44% saving. Now £99.99, down from £179.99, it's a decent size at 8.3L and has seven cooking functions. (You need to be a Prime member to get this deal)

If you're forever losing your things, the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2 Bluetooth Tracker is a great investment. It's also been reduced by 62%, from £34.99 to just £13.30.

- There's 49% off the Beats Powerbeats Pro Wireless Earphones - now £139, down from £269.95. While these are not the newest version, they are still a solid choice for the gym, especially at this lower price.

- For the PC gamers, Logitech is a big name in gaming peripherals, and their G502 Hero Wired Gaming Mouse is available for £29.99, down from £39.49. With a 24% discount this deal is a steal, as it's considered one of the best gaming mice out there.
