£15 'speedy grass' seeds are perfect for those with dogs and dead patches

Garden lovers have heaped high praise on a pack of Pronto Seed Premium Grass Seed, costing £14.49 on Amazon.

The Pronto Seed promises to germinate in seven to 14 days and the blend is meant to maintain a thick lawn. One 1.4kg pack covers up to 84 square metres of lawn when overseeding, or establishes 42 square metres of fresh grass.

The grass seeds have been 'specially engineered for the UK climate' and designed to withstand heavy foot traffic and harsh weather. And dog owners have praised it with one reviewer saying: "Having a dog comes with dead grass patches unfortunately. A quick rake, and a sprinkling of grass seed quickly fixes the issue."
